windows phone bar doesn't work

Hi,
I can't use the xCally phone bar on one of our computers, there is shown the message attached.

I've also tried to re-install it but with no result.

Can you help me?

Try this:

1. delete the phone bar software

2. execute the following command:
C:/Windows/System32/rundll32.exe %windir%\system32\dfshim.dll CleanOnlineAppCache
(you have to indicate the correct path for the rundll32.exe file on your system)

3. restart the computer and then re-install the phone bar.

Let us know if it works after following this procedure!

I've immediately followed this steps but the app crashes after few minutes, despite the re-installation...
so what can I do now to solve this issue?
